Hirotaka and Narumi may not be the most affectionate, but that's just how they are as people. They've known each other since they were children, so their relationship may not appear on the surface as passionate as the others, but I think it's obvious in her actions, even from the beginning when they date, that Narumi does love Hirotaka.

IMO part of the dynamic between Narumi and Hirotaka is that they have several distinct layers in their relationship: childhood friends (with Hirotaka having always crushed on Narumi, who in turn is just friendly to everyone), otaku friends (who enjoy each other's company without needing to share specific hobbies, and respect each other's space.
