1 reply I've read in multiple places that Global pass holders can travel between Italy and Greece for free on Superfast ferries (plus the fuel charge). However, whenever I've tried to book a ticket, I'm only able to get the 30% discount when I click on the Eurail discount.

An Interrail global pass also gives free travel on Superfast Ferries, Minoan Lines & Blue Star Ferries between Italy (Bari, Brindisi, Ancona or Trieste) and Greece (Corfu, Igoumenitsa or Patras for the train to Athens). Port taxes & a fuel surcharge need to be paid, and cabin berths are extra, so think of it as a reduction, not free travel.

It can be booked online through superfast.com, and - from the few ferries I've checked I've found them to be surprisingly expensive in the end. Cheapest option with a bed is €75 per person (in a 4-bed cabin with a 1st class global pass). The Interrail information page on this ferry lists the following routes from Italy:
